Earn points by engaging with our community—trade them for real rewards.
How it Works
Play year-round: collect points by interacting with our Facebook page and the Everwood Botanicals Herbalism Hub. Your points accumulate until you hit a reward tier—then you can redeem and keep playing.
Tip: Shares into multiple relevant, active groups are allowed (see Fair Play). Please provide screenshots when you share to groups so we can award points accurately.

- Tag a friend in a post — +5 pts
- Join the Herbalism Hub (one-time bonus) — +5 pts
- Invite a friend who joins the Hub — +5 pts
- Post a photo in the Hub (foraging, gardening, herbalism) — +5 pts
- Share a recipe or herbal tip in the Hub — +5 pts
- Special mini-challenges (polls, plant IDs, seasonal activities) — up to +5 pts
Multiple shares of the same post are allowed if each share is to a different, relevant, active group (herbalism, gardening, local foraging, etc.). Screenshots required for multi-group shares.

General
- Open to all Everwood Botanicals followers.
Shares
- Limit: 1 share per destination per post (e.g., once to your timeline, once to a group).
- Multiple shares of the same post are allowed if each one is to a different, relevant, active group.
- Screenshots required to confirm multi-group shares.
Respectful Engagement
- Keep comments on-topic and positive.
- Hub posts/photos should be genuine (foraging, gardening, herbalism—no unrelated filler).
Fair Play
- No spam, duplicate accounts, or badge-farming.
- Don’t game the system (e.g., sharing into inactive groups just for points).
- After claiming a 300-point reward, your score resets and you can keep playing.
- Challenge may be paused or adjusted with notice if needed.

One Reward Per Order
Rewards are applied as discounts on your order—never “freebies.” You save while still supporting a small Wisconsin business.
Monthly Balance
To give everyone a fair chance, we honor one redemption per person each month, and points reset at 300. This helps keep the fun going year-round.
More Than Discounts
Some rewards are shoutouts, early previews, or seasonal guides—special perks that cost you nothing to enjoy but mean a lot in our community.
Sharing With Heart
We encourage thoughtful shares with a comment, tagging local friends, and sharing into active groups where the content will be appreciated. Screenshots help us keep it authentic.
Keeping It Healthy
We regularly review the program to ensure it brings more value to the community than it costs. If needed, we may adjust points or rewards to keep things fair.
FAQ
How do I show proof for shares to multiple groups?
Reply to the post with “Shared” and send a quick screenshot via Facebook Messenger (or email). Make sure the group name is visible so we can award the extra points.
Where can I see my current points?
We post periodic scoreboard updates. If you need a quick check, message us and we’ll confirm your current tally.
How do I redeem a reward?
When you cross a tier (50, 150, or 300 points), message us. We’ll send your discount or shipping code. After the 300-point reward, your score resets to 0.
Does this include Instagram or only Facebook?
Primarily Facebook and the Herbalism Hub. If we run an Instagram mini-challenge, we’ll note it in the post.
