Dandelion Digest week 16
Share
🍂 Dandelions are entering their root season. As autumn sets in, their energy pulls downward, making the roots especially potent for digestion and liver health. Many foragers harvest dandelion roots now to dry for teas, or to prepare tinctures that support wellness through the colder months.
🌼 This Week’s Herb: Boneset
Tall and wild in Wisconsin’s wetlands, boneset is an old ally for fever and flu season. Its bitter teas were traditionally used to ease body aches and support the immune system as autumn chills arrived.
